Refund policy

Returns 

You have 30 days to return an item. After 30 days we will not be able to accept any returns. 

To be eligible for a return all items must be in the same condition they were received in. Your item must be unused and include the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

– Gift cards

– Hazardous or flammable gasses. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If the item is being returned because of damage photo proof is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In certain circumstances, a partial refund may be offered if applicable. 

– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our

  error

– Any item that is returned after more than 30 days of the date received.

Refunds

Once your returned item is approved, received, and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Refunds on rejected international packages

The customer is solely responsible for any customs and taxes applied to the order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. If you reject your package due to customs fees, please direct them to “return the package to sender”. Once we have received the returned package and find all the items in good condition, we will issue you a refund minus the shipping and a 25% restocking fee.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Refunds can take 3-7 business days to show up on your credit card or banking website. If it has been over 7 business days since the refund was submitted and you haven’t received a credit, please check with your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@erasciagr.com

Sale and clearance items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale and clearance items are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@erascigar.com

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive an electronic gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received customer service will notify you and an electric gift card will be emailed to the email address on your account.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the original purchaser.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to an error on our end. We will provide a return label in either case.

 If you are exchanging products depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 If you are shipping an item over $75, we urge you to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your item unless it has tracking.

All acceptable refunds, other than damaged or broken goods, will be assessed a 25% restocking fee.

We do not sell cigars or tobacco products to anyone under  21 years of age
