Shipment processing time
All in-stock items ordered will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Backorder and pre-order items will ship as soon as we receive them. We use UPS when available. All orders placed Monday through Friday before 12 PM PST will be shipped the same or next day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. All back-ordered items will ship as soon as they are in stock. No additional charges will incur for back-ordered items. If any significant delay should occur on non-back ordered items, we will contact you via Email or Phone.
Shipping rates
Our standard domestic shipping rate is $8.00 for all of the United States and $50.99 for all international orders. All orders are subject to a shipping increase that may be result of package size, weight, or value. We do have shorter shipping time options available upon request. Additional fees will apply.
Holiday Season 2024:
There will be a temporary shipping price increase for all international orders to $69.99.
PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO, and many international locations. Please inquire by email to see if your country is an acceptable international location.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The customer is solely responsible for any customs and taxes applied to their order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. If you reject your package due to customs fees please direct them to “return the package to sender”. Once we have received the returned package and find all the items in good condition we will issue you a refund minus the total cost of shipping and a 25% restocking fee.
Damages
Eras Cigar Co. is not liable for any damage, loss, or theft of shipped items. If your order was damaged in transport, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
The buyer agrees that shipping tobacco products to the country or state in which they reside is legal, and is responsible for any taxes, levies, and fees that may be charged, or applied by any government or entity. Seizure or loss will not be covered by Eras Cigar Co.
